Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Arsbias L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2537863.01, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "Denizplain"), and the person or organisation that opens an account ("you", "the customer"). They govern your use of the Denizplain platform at denizplain.com and every site it hosts for you (the "Service").
By creating an account you accept these Terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you are entitled to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old.
1. What the Service is
Denizplain lets you build a website, and optionally an online store, from a template; edit it; publish it on a Denizplain address or your own domain; and run it with the tools the platform provides — content, media, forms, bookings, members, a team, a planning tool, and an online store.
Denizplain is infrastructure. When your site sells something, you are the seller. The buyer pays you, through the payment provider or bank account you connect, under your own terms. We never hold or forward your buyers' money, and we are not a party to your sales. Your buyers' legal notices (privacy, distance-selling, returns) are yours to provide; the platform offers texts you may adapt, but you are responsible for them.
2. Your account and workspace
- You keep your sign-in credentials secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
- A workspace belongs to the account that created it (the "owner"). The owner may invite others and decide what each may do. The owner is responsible for everything done in the workspace.
- You give us accurate contact details and keep them current. Notices sent to the owner's e-mail count as given.
3. Free use, and when payment starts
You can create, edit and preview sites without paying and without a card. Publishing a site — making it reachable by the public — requires a paid plan. A plan is a set of lines you pay for each month or each year: live sites, an online store on a site, team seats beyond those included, and unlimited planning projects. What each line costs, and what is included with it, is on denizplain.com/pricing, which is part of these Terms.
4. Payment
- Billing. Plans are billed by Arsbias L.L.C-FZ through Stripe, in Turkish lira, monthly or yearly as you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Changes during a period. When you publish one more live site, open a store, add a seat or unlock unlimited plans, that line is added or raised at once and charged for the rest of the current period, at the cycle you are on. When you unpublish a site, close a store or remove a seat, the line comes down at once and the unused part of the period is credited to your next invoice. The first live site is the base of a plan and cannot come down while the plan runs.
- Store revenue share. For a site with an online store, you also owe one percent (1%) of the site's net sales (orders paid, less refunds). It is invoiced separately, and is not taken from your buyers' payments, which never pass through us.
- Prices. Prices are shown and charged as stated on the pricing page; we add no tax to them. You are responsible for any tax that applies to you in your own country.
- Price changes. A price change applies to new subscriptions. For a running subscription it applies from the next renewal after we have given you at least 30 days' notice by e-mail; you may cancel before that renewal.
- Managing billing. From your workspace's Billing page you can update your card, see your invoices, switch between monthly and yearly, and cancel or undo a cancellation.
- Hand-billed customers. If we have agreed in writing to invoice you directly instead of by card, that agreement sets the amount and dates; the rest of these Terms still applies.
5. Cancellation, non-payment, and what happens to your sites
- Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. Your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for; when it ends, your live sites are taken offline. Nothing is deleted: you keep your account, your drafts and your content, and you can publish again by subscribing again.
- Failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and tells you. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your live sites are taken offline, as above. For hand-billed customers, a payment that does not arrive by its due date goes through three stages, counted from that date: a grace period in which everything works and we remind you; then editing and publishing are paused while your site stays online; then your live sites are taken offline. The dates are shown in your dashboard throughout.
- Refunds. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. Your content
- Everything you put on your sites — text, images, products, member data, files — is yours. You grant us the licence we need to host, store, back up, display and deliver it to your visitors, and to make the technical copies (sizes, formats, caches) that serving it requires. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups, which expire in their normal cycle.
- You confirm you have the right to publish what you publish, and that your visitors' and buyers' personal data is collected and used lawfully by you.
- We do not review your content before it goes live. We may take a page or a site offline, after telling you where we can, if it breaks these Terms or the law, or if a competent authority requires it.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to publish or send anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, pornographic, or hateful; to sell goods or services that are illegal where you or your buyers are; to send unsolicited messages; to attack, probe or overload the platform or any other system; to scrape other customers' sites; or to resell the Service as your own platform without a written agreement with us. Fair-use limits apply to storage, AI-assisted features and e-mail; they are stated on the pricing page and in your dashboard.
8. Domains and addresses
Every site gets a Denizplain address. You may connect a domain you own; you are responsible for registering and renewing it and for pointing it at the platform as instructed. A Denizplain address is ours and may be reassigned once your site has been offline for 90 days.
9. Privacy and data
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice, which is part of these Terms. In short: for your account, billing and support data we are the data controller; for the data your sites collect from your visitors and buyers, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions, as the platform's features define them.
10. Availability, support and changes
- We run the Service with care and aim for it to be available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced where it can be.
- Support is by e-mail at support@denizplain.com and by phone or WhatsApp at +971 52 293 9031, on working days.
- We improve the Service continuously and may change or retire features. If a change removes something you pay for, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and you may cancel without penalty.
11. What we promise, and what we don't
The Service is provided as described on denizplain.com. To the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data you did not keep a copy of, or loss caused by your content, your buyers, your domain registrar or your payment provider. Our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in those twelve months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including the rights of consumers under the laws that protect them.
You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your content, your sales or your breach of these Terms.
12. Ending the agreement
You end it by deleting your account. We may suspend or end it if you materially breach these Terms and do not cure the breach within 14 days of notice, or at once where the breach is unlawful content, abuse of the platform or non-payment under section 5. After the agreement ends you may export your content for 30 days; we delete it 12 months after the workspace's last activity, or earlier on your request.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We publish the new version on denizplain.com and, for a change that affects your rights or payments, e-mail the owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept, you may cancel before it.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, except that if you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the protection or the forum your own country's law gives you. We will always try to resolve a dispute with you directly first: write to support@denizplain.com.
