Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
Cancelling
You can cancel your plan at any time from your workspace's Billing page, or by writing to support@denizplain.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan, and your live sites, stay up until the end of the period you have already paid for. On that day your live sites are taken offline; your account, drafts and content remain, and you can publish again by subscribing again. You can undo a cancellation at any time before the period ends.
What is refunded
- The unused part of a period is not refunded when you cancel. You keep the service you paid for until the period ends.
- Lines you remove during a period are credited, not refunded. When you unpublish a site, close a store or remove a seat, the unused part of that line's period is credited to your next invoice automatically. If you then cancel and no further invoice is issued, the remaining credit is refunded to your card on request.
- Our mistake is refunded in full: a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation took effect, or a charge for a line you did not add. Write to support@denizplain.com within 60 days of the charge; we refund to the original card within 10 working days.
- A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of its first payment is refunded in full, less the monthly price of any month in which a site was live, if you ask within those 14 days.
Consumers in Turkey — right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside a trade or profession), the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts gives you the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of accepting it, without giving a reason. Hosting is a service that starts when you publish: by publishing a site within those 14 days you expressly ask us to start the service at once, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the service once performed. Until you publish, nothing is charged and there is nothing to withdraw from.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights consumers have under the laws that protect them.
Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it and tells you; you can update your card on the Billing page at any time. If every retry fails, the subscription ends and your live sites are taken offline; nothing further is charged. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of writing to us, we may suspend the workspace while the dispute is open; please write to us first — we answer within two working days.
Store revenue share
The one percent (1%) of a store's net sales is invoiced on sales already made and is not refundable, except where the sale it was charged on has itself been refunded to the buyer, in which case it is credited on the next invoice.
